Weed-Clearance Services-Fierbi And Weed Mowing Services, In The Parks And Green Areas Of The Municipality Of Sibiu. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Purchase The Services Of Mowing And Weeds, In The Parks And Green Areas Of The Municipality Of Sibiu, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specifications. The Quantities Provided In The Specification Are Indicative And Maximum And Are Not Constituted In A Contractual Obligation. These Quantities Have Been Estimated At The Level Of The Average Requirement Of Previous Years. The Services For The Provision Of Services Will Be Assigned Approximately Once A Month, Between March And November, Depending On The Objective Quantities Necessary For The Contracting Authority. Attention: The Term In Which The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All The Requests For Additional Clarifications Or Information Is 10 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting The Tenders, Insofar As These Requests Will Be Addressed Within The Term I In Section I Of The Data Sheet, Respectively 15 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting The Tenders. The Maximum Estimated Value Without Vat Of The Contract Is 2,521.008.40 Lei.
