The Subject Of The Contract Is To Supply The Required Equipment And Software And The Supply/Development Of Services To Meet The Needs Of Users Of The Central Building Of The Ministry Of Education, Religions And Sports In Networking As Well As The Service Of Ip Telephony. In Particular, The Contract Includes The Supply Of Items And Services That Fall Under The Following Categories: 1) Equipment: • Active Network Equipment With Central Management System (Three (3) Trunk Network Transplants) • Active Network Equipment (Fifty -Five (55) Access Network Transfers) • Structured Wiring (Vertical And Horizontal In Sixty (60) Jobs) • Iot And Other Sensors (Sixteen (16) Per Category, Temperature And Humidity Sensors, Water Detection Sensors, Port Status Sensors) 2) Support Services: In The Central Network Management System, • Transition Of Services From The Old To New Equipment • Uninstalling Old Wired & Wireless Equipment (Transfers, Routers, Etc.) And Structured Wiring • Guarantee Of Good Operation And Technical Support. • Training Services • Technical Support Services (Help Desk). The Subject Of The Project Is Not Subdivided Into Sections, Due To Its Architectural Project, Complementarity And Interdependencies Between Work, High Interoperability Requirements Necessary To Ensure Between The Operating Units Developed, And Due To The Limited Implementation Time. A Uniform Treatment Is Required For Implementation, Taking Into Account Both The Particularities Of The Operating Body And The Need For A Comprehensive Solution, Which Will Include The Hardware, Software, Installation, Guarantee Services, And Staff Training In The Shortest Possible Time. The Estimated Value Of This Agreement Amounts To € 1,178.000,00 Including 24 % Vat (Vat Budget: € 950,000.00, Vat: 228.000,00). Following The Conclusion Of The Original Contract, During The Implementation Of The Project And Prior To The Expiry Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority May Decide To Exercise An Option By Increasing The Physical Object Of The Project (As Described Herein) To Thirty Percent (30 %) Of The Contract. Consequently, The Total Maximum Estimated Value Of The Contract, Including Optional Rights, As Stated Above Is € 1,235,000.00 Non -Vat (Vat Budget: € 1,531,400,00, Vat 24% 296,400,00 €). The Exercise Of The Aforementioned Optional Rights Shall Be Subject To Their Funding.
