Tenders Are Invited For Retrofitting The Transformer Station

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery And Assembly Of Devices Within The Second Section Of The Transformer Station Located At The Zakład Gospodarki Komunalnej In Cieszyn Sp. Z O.O., Ul. Słowicza 59, Cieszyn.2. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed By The Contractor In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz, With Or Not Later Than Within 70 Days From The Date Of The Contracts Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Draw Up A Technical Design Of The Retrofitting Of The Transformer Station And Transferring It For Approval By The Contracting Authority And Future User (Zakład Gospodarki Komunalna In Cieszyn Sp. Formal And Legal Activities In Accordance With Point 2.10 Opz.4. The Employer Requires A Guarantee For The Performed Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 5 Years (60 Months), Along With The Takeover Of The Guarantee Of Current Devices In The Event Of Interference In Them. The Maximum Response Time To The Reported Failure During The Warranty Period Is 24 Hours. The Reaction Is Understood As Confirmation Of The Acceptance Of The Application, Diagnosing The Fault And Taking Repair Actions. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 8.
