The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation In The Formula Design And Execution Of Construction Works Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of Roofing Over The Existing Multifunctional Field At Primary School No. 4 In Świętochłowice, Implemented As Part Of The Olimpia Program-A Program Of Construction Of School Sports Halls For The 100Th Anniversary Of The First Performances Of The Polish National Team At The Olympic Games. Ul. Metalowców 13, Building A1, Which, Together With The Contract For The Execution Of Construction Works, Should Be Considered Together. Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Mutually Explaining And Complementary Documents. All Construction Works, Services And Activities Included In This Functional And Utility Program, And Not Included In Other Documents With Which The Subject Of The Contract Is Described, Should Be Treated As If They Were Included In Each Of The Above-Mentioned Documents. If Some Part Of Works, Services Or Activities Results From Even One Of These Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform It. In The Event Of Any Discrepancy Or Contradiction Between The Indicated Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement In Accordance With The Higher Standard Or In A Larger Number Of These Documents, Unless The Contracting Authority Recommends Differently. The Order Of The Contract Includes, Among Others (Stage I-Ii) With Their Unambiguous Division Into Indicated In Point 1.1.2.2. Functional And Utility Program Implementation Stages, So That Each Of Them Can Be Implemented Independently Of Each Other (I.E. As Part Of Separate Orders For Construction Works) And In A Manner Enabling The Implementation Of Only Stage I, Then Stage Ii After The First Stage. Implementation Based On The Design Documentation Prepared And Accepted By The Contracting Authority In Particular: Necessity), • Demolition Works To The Necessary Extent (Communication Routes, Footballs, Etc.), • Reconstruction Of Colliding Elements Of Development And Utilities Of The Area, • Making The Necessary Connections (Water Supply, Sanitary, Rain, Energy, Telecommunications, Heat, Heat And Monitoring Installations, Hall (Pitch Roofing) Along With Sanitary And Sanitary Facilities And A Connector,  Deliveries And Assembly/Arrangement Of Furniture And Hardware Equipment Related To The Hall (Including In Particular Sanitary And Swagger Facilities) And A Connector,  Hall Equipment With Mobile Laser Shooters (Virtual) For Min. 4 Shooting Positions;  Obtaining A Final Decision Of The Use Permit For The Built Facility,  Performing Multi -Branch Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment, To The Extent Resulting From The Developed Project Documentation.
