1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Execution And Delivery Of All Types, New License Plates For Marking Vehicles, Made In Accordance With The Guidelines Specified In: 1) The Provisions Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251), 2) Regulation Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To The Registration Of Vehicles (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1709), 3) Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of 2 May 2012 On The Conditions Of Production And Distribution Of License Plates And Legalization Characters (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1885, Item 1885, D.), 4) Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 12, 2019 On The Conditions Of Production And Distribution Of Professional License Plates And Legalization Characters As Well As The Mode Of Legalization Of Professional Registration Plates (Dz. U. Of 2019, Item 547), As Well As Reception And Utilization Of Withdrawn License Plates. 2. During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Provides For The Following Demand, Subject To Paragraph 3: L.P. Subject Of The Order J.M. Quantity1 Car Boards Ordinary Pcs. 389002 Motorcycle Boards Ordinary Pcs Historic Pcs The Requirements For License Plates Are Estimated. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Ordered License Plates Listed In Para. 2, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Except That The Total Value Of The Ordered Deliveries Does Not Exceed The Contractual Value Referred To In § 3 Para. 1 Of The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Guarantees That The Quantitative Changes In Question Will Not Reduce The Value Of The Contract By More Than 25 %. 5. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Free Collection At His Own Expense, From The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party: 95-100 Zgierz, Ul. Długa 49, Withdrawn From The Use Of Vehicle License Plates To Destroy And Develop Them In Accordance With Waste Regulations. A List Of Boards Intended For Destruction Will Always Be Prepared By The Employer; 2) Free Destruction Of The Boards And A Written Confirmation Of The Destruction Of The License Plates Withdrawn From Use In Accordance With The List Referred To In Point 1 And Immediately Transfer It To The Contracting Authority. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Take Into Account Changes In The Law Regarding The Production And Template Of Tables That Were Introduced During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Adaptation Of Tables To Their Requirements. 7. The Agreement For The Public Procurement Will Be Concluded Up To The Amount That The Employer Has Allocated To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Remuneration For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Paid With Partial Invoices On The Basis Of Gross Unit Prices For Individual Type
