1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of One Factory New Passenger Car, Manufactured Not Earlier Than In 2024, Meeting All The Minimum Requirements Described In Swz And Its Attachments. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is An Attachment To Swz - A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Called Opz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting An Attachment To Swz. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Car At His Own Expense And Risk To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In Szczecin, Ul. Solskiego 3 Using An Autotransporter Or Tow Truck, During The Work Of The Ordering Party, I.E. 8.00 - 15.00 On Working Days From Monday To Friday.
