The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Removal Of Asbestos Containing Products From The Zduny Commune (From The Indicated Properties Located In The Zduny Commune), Co -Financed By The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Łódź. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos Lying On The Properties Located In The Zduny Commune Belonging To Natural Persons, By Their Protection, Loading And Transport, As Well As Depositing And Disposal At The Landfill Of Hazardous Waste. 3. The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos -Containing Products On The Property, In Accordance With The Conclusions Of The Property Owners, Is About 383.068 Mg From 85 Properties Located In The Zduny Commune. The Landlord Provides For The Possibility Of Limiting The Scope Of The Order And Indicates That The Minimum Size Of The Parties Benefit, Which Will Be Commissioned By The Contractor Under The Concluded Contract, Will Be No Less Than 70% Of The Estimated Amount Of Asbestos Products Forecasted For Pickup, I.E.: 268,1476 Mg.
