In Addition To A Description Of The Contracting Authority, The Purpose And The Operation Of The Das And The Assignments That Are Granted In The Context Of The Das, This Tendering Guide Contains All Information You Need To Submit A Request For Admission, The Criteria For Admission And A Description Of The Further Quotation Procedure And The Way In Which Assignments Are Being Completed. The Assignment This Das Is Set For Supplying Standard Empty Aluminum Boxes, Possibly Including A Standard Division. These Aluminum Boxes Are Used Throughout Defense And Have No Fixed Group Of Users. The Aluminum Boxes Must Be Supplied In The Netherlands (In Principle Steenwijk And/Or Lettele And Over Time (Also) Soesterberg). Delivery Of Custom Aluminum Boxes, Un-Certified Ises And/Or Aluminum Boxes With Customized Inlays Are Explicitly Not Part Of The Scope Of This Assignment/Tie. Objective Dynamic Purchasing System The Contracting Authority Aims At The Das In A Fair, Quick And Easily Usual Purchases Of Supplies Of Standard Empty Aluminum Boxes (Possibly Including Standard Division) In Accordance With The Procurement Act 2012, Through Full Competition. The Aforementioned Purchasing Needs Will In Principle Be Put On The Market Via The Das. In Accordance With The Procurement Act 2012, An Exception Can Only Be Made To This If, In The Opinion Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Necessary To Request Assignments In A Different Way And/Or From The Parties Other Than In The Das. Duration Of The Dynamic Purchase System This Das Has A Duration Of 96 Months. The Contracting Authority Is Free To Add Or Remove Qualifications To The Das During The Term. This Will Announce The Contracting Authority With A Rectification Where Necessary. Estimated Value - Size Intended Assignments The Estimated Value Of The Intended Assignments In Total Is Estimated At Eur 12,670,000 Excluding Vat. The Contracting Authority Expects To Place Around 4 Assignments Per Year In This Das. With A Total Duration Of 8 Years There Are Around 32 In Total. The Contracting Authority Currently Has An Ongoing Framework Agreement For Supplying Aluminum Boxes. Once The Maximum Value Of That Framework Agreement Has Been Reached, Assignments Will Only Be Set Out In This Tie. (Inter) National Developments Can Lead To More Or Less Deployment Of The Armed Forces. More Commitment May Lead To Additional Calls Of Standard Empty Aluminum Boxes (Possibly With Standard Division).
