Tenders are invited for Consulting Firms Consultancy Service for Supervision & Design Review of Rift Valley Channel Widening, Detention Pond, Crossing & Related Works in Three Different Sites of Kulifo, Boyo & Goflala Rivers of Rift Valley Basin under Fast Track Approach before the Flood Period The consulting services ("the Services") for the above-captioned assignment include; Review and analysis of existing study quantity data after conducting river basin surveying work Carry out supervision and contract administration of the dragging, river training, and flood pathway cleaning in the river basin Carry out the required quality control and assurance, cost and time control, and close monitoring of the works Measure the works of contractors and quantity of the works executed, review and approve interim & final payments Ensure the works are carried out in full compliance with the engineering design, technical specifications, and contract document. Scope of Services: The scope of the service is limited to the geographic domain of the works that lie on Rift Valley Lakes Basin and near the confluence point of the major tributaries as specified in the ToR. The major task of the consultant firm is to carry out the design review, supervision, and contract administration of Rift Valley channel widening, detention pond, crossing & related works in three different sites of Kulifo, Boyo & Goflala Rivers of Rift Valley basin with nationally accepted standards. Person-Month & Duration: It has 90 Person-Month implementation periods of 180 Calendar days from the end of April 2025.
