1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Childrens Club In Leśnica On The Plot Of Land No. 1230. The Task Is To Be Completed In Accordance With: 1) The Application Of 31.01.2024 Submitted To The Poviat Eldership In Strzelce Opolskie For A Building Permit, 2) Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works, And The Attached Works Are Only Auxiliary Document, 3) Technical Project. 2. The Task Includes The Following Scope Of Works: 1) Expansion Of The Kindergarten Building With A Childrens Club - The Area After Expansion Is 567.30 M2, Construction Of The Building Of The Building (Foundations, Construction, Roof Structure, Roofing, Partition Walls, Ground, Floors, Floor, Thermal Insulation, Plasters, Joinery), 2) Elevation, 3) Electrical Installation, Sanitarian, Sanitarian, Sanitarian, Sanitarian Installation, Sanitarian, Sanitarian Installation, Sanitarian Installation Ventilation, Air Conditioning And Lightning Protection, 4) Construction Of A Measuring Cabinet On An Existing Power Pole From Which The Internal Power Line Is Designed And The Location Of The Circuit Breaker, 5) Making A Water Supply Connection; Sanitary Sewage And Rainwater Sewage System, 6) Construction Of A 200 M2 Playground (Devices On The Metal+ Hdpe Playground) Together With The Fence, 7) Land Development, Reproduction Of Low Greenery Consisting In The Leveling Of The Area, Spreading The Fertile Soil And The Lawn, 8) Free Service And Maintenance Of The Heating System And Air -Conditioning During Warranty Period, 9) Debris And Waste Resulting From The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Transferring Them To Recovery, Disposal Or Storage. 3. The Performance Of The Task Also Includes: 1) Ensuring Supervision Over The Works Carried Out By The Construction Manager With Appropriate Permissions, Along With All Obligations Arising From The Construction Law, 2) Conducting Attempts And Acceptance Involving The Required State Institutions, Investor And User, 3) Drawing Up A Safety And Health Protection Plan, If Separate Provisions Require Such A Plan, 4) Comprehensive Geodetic Service And Inventory Geodetic As -Built, 5) Organization, Development And Liquidation Of The Construction Site, 6) Organization And Marking Of Construction, 7) Ensuring Access To Other Facilities Of The Property During Works, 8) Repairs And Repair Of Damaged Surfaces In Streets And Pavements, 9) Waste, Including All Kinds Of Above -Ground, Underground, Non -Organic And Organic Scrap Trunks, Carp Roots, Etc.
