The Subject Of The Task Preparation Of The General Plan Of The Głuchów Commune Is To Draw Up A General Plan Of The Głuchów Commune Together With Other Necessary Documents, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended) And Separate Provisions. The Order Will Include, Among Others Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended), In Particular Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13G, 13M Of This Act;- Preparing The Justification Of The General Plan Of The Głuchów Commune In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended);- Development Of Spatial Data To The General Plan, In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended);- Participation In The Procedure For Preparing A General Plan, Specified In Art. 13I Para. 3 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended), Including Active Participation In Public Consultations, In Accordance With The Provisions Set Out In Ar. 8E, 8G, 8H, 8I, 8J, 8K Above Of The Act;- Conducting A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment, Including Preparing An Environmental Impact Forecast Of The General Plan Of The Głuchów Commune, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On Environment And Protection, Society Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended); Ecophysiographic For The Needs Of The General Plan Of The Głuchów Commune In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In Art. 72 Para. 5 Of The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law, In The Version Applicable From September 24, 2023, And Other Necessary Documents And About Planning Studies, Resulting From Applicable Law. The Study Concerns The Administrative Boundaries Of The Głuchów Commune, Whose Area Within Administrative Limits Is 111.3 Km².
