Ordering: The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Periodic Inspections Of Building Facilities In Educational Institutions In The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw: 1) Periodic, At Least Once A Year, Consisting In Checking The Technical Condition: A) Building Elements, Buildings And Installations Exposed To Harmful Atmospheric Influences And Destructive Activities Of Factors Occurring During The Use Of The Object; B) Installations And Devices For Environmental Protection; C) Gas Installations (Including Checking Tightness); D) Chimney Lines (Smoke, Combustion And Ventilation).
