Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Hospital Items Closing Date: 12th March, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢300.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Supply and Delivery of Laboratory Consumables Additional Information: Tamale Technical University intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation from the Internal Generated Fund (IGF) to make payments under the contract for the Supply of Hospital Items for Tamale Technical University Hospital in the Table below; towards the realization of the Institutions objectives. Tamale Technical University invites sealed Tenders from eligible suppliers for the Supply of items in the above Table. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663, 2003, as Amended and in the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information from the Hospital Administration, Tamale Technical University and inspect the Tender documents at the Hospital Administration, Adjacent the OPD; from 10.00am to 4.00pm during normal working hours from Friday 24th February, 2025. Eligible Tenderers interested in the Tenders should have the following valid documents: 1. Valid Company Registration certificate 2. VAT Certificates (if applicable) 3. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate 4. Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate 5. Evidence of PPA Supplier Registration Document A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested Tenderers on The Submission of a written application to the address below and upon a payment of a non- refundable fee of GH¢300.00 for a set. Interested eligible Tenderers may tender for one or all tenders. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 10.00am on Tuesday 12th March, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline of Tender submission. All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of 2% of Tender price. Late Tenders will be rejected.
