The Purpose Of The Contracting Authority Is To Partially Cover The Existing Flat Roof With A New Sbs Roller Material, Partially Replace The Roof Insulation And Install A New Roof Covering. In Addition, Build Waterproof All Parapets And Eaves And Upgrade Awnings.
