The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Construction, Launch And Transfer Of Cogeneration Installations For The Production Of Energy From Processed Municipal Waste Using Heat To The Municipal Heating Network In Tarnów. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Design And To Perform Construction Works Necessary To Build And Launch Installations, Including Construction, Installation, Electrical And Acpie Works, And Related To Land Development. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction Works Related To All Objects, Buildings And Construction Together With Land Development, Necessary To Install The Technological Line Of The Installation And Accompanying Devices, In A Way That Ensures Proper And Consistent With The Law Of The Installation. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Design And Perform All Installation And Assembly Works Necessary To Start The Installation. The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) To Develop Project Documentation (Including A Preliminary Project, Construction Project, Technical Design And Executive Projects In All Industries) Together With The Acquisition Of A Set Of Decisions, Opinions, Permits And Arrangements To Perform Construction Works, Including Obtaining Building Permits; 2) Supplies Of Necessary Devices And Materials; 3) Implementation Of Preparatory Works; 4) Media Connections; 5) Execution Of Construction Works Regarding Buildings, Buildings, Access Roads, Maneuvering Squares, Fire Roads And Connections With External Facilities As Well As Networks And Technological Installations, Power Supply, Electricity, Akpia, Sanitary, Monitoring, As Well As Fire Protection Systems.
