On Working Days of the Week from 24.02.2025 until 17.03.2025 on Submission of the Receipt Obtained from the Financial Assistant of the Central Provincial Department of Social Welfare, Probation and Childcare Services, No. 615, William Gopallawa Mawatha, Kandy upon Payment of the Bid Document Fee as Mentioned in the Table above for each Category. Only the Bid Documents Issued by the Department should be Used for the Submission of Bids. Bids in Other Forms will be Rejected. Instructions to Bidders will be Issued with the Bid Documents. Bids should be Accompanied by a Bid Security Valid up to 18.06.2025 to the Value Mentioned in the Table above Issued in Favour of Commissioner, Central Provincial Department of Social Welfare, Probation and Childcare Services Issued by a Commercial Bank Approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or an Insurance Agency or else the Amount Mentioned in the Table may be Paid in Cash in Valid Sri Lankan Currency to the Financial Assistant of the Central Provincial Department of Social Welfare, Probation and Childcare Services and a Certified Copy of the Receipt Obtained should be Submitted as the Bid Security. Duly perfected sealed bids may either be sent by registered post addressed to the "Chairman, Procurement Committee of the Central Provincial Department of Social Welfare, Probation and Childcare Services, No. 615, William Gopallawa Mawatha, Kandy or deposited in the Tender Box kept at the Accounts Division of this office to receive at or before 11.00 a.m. on 18.03.2025. Late bids will be rejected. Alternative bids are not permitted. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of bids. Bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids. All bids should be prepared in duplicate and should be inserted in separate covers marked as Original and Duplicate, sealed and both covers should be reinserted in a single cover, sealed and submitted.
