In Addition To The Use Of Own Funds, The Client Intends To Implement The Procurement Project In Addition To The Use Of State Benefits In Accordance With The So-Called Khzg Funding Directive, I.E. The Directive For The Promotion Of Projects To Digitize The Processes And Structures In The Course Of A Hospital Stay Of Patients In Accordance With Section 21 . 2 Khsfv In The Valid Version. It Is Therefore Necessary To Comply With The Relevant Provisions And Requirements Of This Khzg Funding Garden Light Line In The Event Of The Contract. Against This Background, The Functionalities Of The Patient Portal Must Be Fulfilled And Demonstrably:-The Must Criteria In Accordance With Section 4.3.2 Of The O.G. Khzg Funding Directive And-The Overarching Technical And Interoperability Standards In Accordance With Section 4.2.1 And 4.2.2 Of The Khgz Funding Guideline The Patient Portal Must Offer The Possibility Of The Client As A Description Of The Service As A Service Description To Be Implemented Mandatory Can Be Fulfilled According To Section 4.3.2 Of The Khzg Funding Directive. For Each Location, The Contractual Service Obligations Of The Contractor Include The Following Tasks: - Provision Of A Central, Client -Capable And Interoperable Patient Portal In Accordance With The Technical, Organizational And Structural Requirements, - Integration And Implementation Of A Central, Client -Capable And Interoper Patient Portal And In Particular The Implementation Of Interfaces To The Existing Systems, - Training Services, - Support Services In The Sense Of Project Management And - Operating And Services. All Services Are To Be Provided By The Contractor With Ensuring An Uninterrupted Clinic Company And Always In Close Coordination With The Responsible Contacts Of The Client At The Respective Location. The Contractor Has To Work Towards Reducing The Scope Of Votes And The Effort For Interface Realizations As Far As Possible And Introducing The Portal According To Defined Milestones. For This Purpose, The Contractor Must Develop A Process And Implementation Standard Immediately After The Order Is Placed.
