Tenders Are Invited For Improving The Conditions For Conducting Cultural Activities Of The Culture Center And Promotion Of The Strzyżewice Commune In Piotrowice

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Following Construction Works As Part Of The Project: Improving The Conditions Of Conducting The Cultural Activity Of The Center For Culture And Promotion Of The Strzyżewice Commune In Piotrowice: 1) Construction Works In The Auditorium, Corridor And Halls No. I, Ii, Iii And Iv (Demolition Of Suspended Ceilings From Plasterboard, Execution Of Suspended Ceilings Of Coffered Coffered, Making Plaster Coats On Walls, Painting Walls According To The Pre -Emptiness Covered By The Contract, They Have Been Specified In The Executive Project, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Works Construction, Constituting Attachments To This Sw Due Diligence And On Contractual Terms; 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of Works And Quality Built -In Materials. The Contractor Will Provide An Appropriate Control System, Including Staff, Laboratory, Equipment, Supply And All Devices Necessary To Take Samples And Materials And Works Research; 3) Submitting A Copy Of The Building Manager Before Signing The Contract In A Construction And Construction Specialty Or Corresponding To Them Equivalent Building Qualifications Issued On On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations, And In The Case Of Foreign Contractors - Building Qualifications To Manage Equivalent To Above Indicated Above. Construction; 7) Care For The Natural Environment, Including Waste, Emissions And Pollution From The Construction Site, And In Particular Sewage, Dust, Fumes And Noise Were The Smallest Possible And Did Not Exceed The Permissible Norms And Did Not Pose A Threat To The Natural Environment; 8) Ordering The Area After The End Of The Works; 9) Repair Of Underground And Above -Ground Armament Devices Damaged As A Result Of Works - In Agreement - In Agreement With Their Administrators; 10) Incurring All Costs Related To The Contractors Fulfillment Of The Obligations Resulting From This Agreement; 11) Developing And Transferring To The Employer The Receiving Documentation, Notification To The Employer Readiness For Receipt12) Active Participation In The Acceptance. 13) The Contractor Shall Provide Before Receipt:- Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity, Approvals For Built-In Materials,- As Well As The As-Elderly Cost Estimate Requires At Least 36 Months Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract And At Least 36 Monthly Warranty. The Works May Only Be Used By Materials And Devices That Meet The Following Requirements: A) Marked With The Ce Sign, For Which The Assessment Was Assessed In Accordance With The Harmonized European Standard Introduced To The Collection Of Poland Standards, With European Technical Approval Of Eat Or The National Technical Specification Of The Eu Member States Recognized By The European Commission As In Accordance With The Basic Requirements, B) Located In The List Of Products Specified By The European Commission Little Importance For Health And Safety,
