The Subject Of The Order Is The Supplies Of Medical Devices To Hemodynamics, According To Task 1 - A Set For Intravascular Ultrasound (Ivus). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Demonstrated And Described In The Price Form (Annex 2), Parameter Card (Annex 2A) And In The Contract Template (Annex 3) Constituting An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz). In The Event Of Grounds For Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data, The Contractor Undertakes To Sign The Contract Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data (In Accordance With Annex 8 To Swz).
