1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Draw Up A Draft Resolution On The General Plan Of The City Of Tczew (Hereinafter Referred To As The General Plan). 2. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out On The Principles, In The Scope And Within The Limits Specified By Resolution No. V/94/2024 Of The City Council In Tczew Of August 29, 2024 Regarding The Accession To The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The City Of Tczew, In Accordance With The Contracting Authoritys Guidelines. 3. The Draft Resolution On The General Plan Should Be Executed In Accordance With The Provisions Of: 1) Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), 2) Of The Act Of July 7, 2023 Amending The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Some Other Acts (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1688), 3) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), 4) Regulation Minister Of Development And Technology Of May 2, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Building Supplementation Area In The General Plan Of The Commune (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 729), 5) Of The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended) And Other Laws Regulating The Issues Of Spatial Planning And Development.
