1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Cars For The City Guard Of The City Of Krakow. 2. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Three Vehicles, Hereinafter Also Called Cars As Described By The Subject Of The Contract - Opz Specified In Annex 2 To Swz.3. The Contractor Provides A Full Warranty On Cars And Equipment On The Terms Specified In The Contract Documents, In Particular In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu Or Template Of The Contract) Constituting Annex 8 To Swz And In Accordance With The Submitted Prophecy. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Was Specified In The Attachments To Swz, Including In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Template Of The Lubppu Contract) Constituting Annex 8 To Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Opz, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.5.
