1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Cleaning Service, I.E. The Performance Of All Activities Related To The Broadly Understood Concept Of Maintaining Order And Cleanliness At The Siberian Memorial Museum In Bialystok. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Detailed Terms Of The Contract, Types Of Activities, Frequency Of Their Performance, Etc. Are Presented In Annex 3 To Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) And Annex 3A List Of Rooms And Frequency Of Performing Activities And In The Attachment No. 3B List Of Display Cases. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465), Persons Directly Providing The Cleaning Service When Performing The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Above -Mentioned Requirement Applies To The Activities Specified In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Described In Annex 3 To Swz (Opz), Including In Particular: Performing Activities In The Field Of Cleaning, Cleaning And Cleaning Floors, Cleaning Windows And Glazing, Cleaning Toilets, Wiping Dust, Cleaning Furniture, Cleaning Of Office Rooms, Washing Of Carpets, Etc. 5. Węglowa 1 In Order To Enable Contractors To Check The Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Service Being The Subject Of The Contract And Calculating The Price Of The Offer.
