Assist In Resolving Labor Disputes And Ensuring Compliance With Labor Laws And Social Security Regulations. Regulatory Compliance And Registration Support Assist In Renewing NusanedS Registrations With Relevant Ministries, Including The Ministry Of Finance And The Ministry Of Interior. Support In Obtaining And Maintaining Necessary Legal Permits And Licenses. Legal Representation Represent Nusaned In Legal Matters, Including Negotiations, Dispute Resolutions, And Litigation If Necessary. Act As A Legal Liaison With Governmental Bodies And Regulatory Agencies. On-Call Legal Support Provide Legal Consultations And Advice On An As-Needed Basis.
