Construction Work – Jevnaker Secondary School, Turnkey Contract. The Competition Is For The Delivery Of A Turnkey Contract For The New Jevnaker Secondary School. The Procurement ́S Value Is Estimated To Nok 120 Million Excluding Vat + An Option For Nok 15 Million Excluding Vat.The Volume Is An Estimate And Is Not Binding For The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition, I.A. In Connection With Budgetary Coverage And Political Approval. The Climate Impact Has Been Identified To Include Most Of The Topics In The List Above. The Climate And Environmental Impact Of The Project Is Reduced By Preparing Mop With Requirements Related To The Topics. The Biggest Factors Will Be Climate Gas Emissions From Materials And Energy Needs Of The Building. The Mop Requires A 20% Reduction Of Greenhouse Gas Emissions From Materials In Relation To Dfø ́S Reference For School Buildings. The Reference Values Represent The Current Practice. There Are Also Requirements For Net Energy Need 20% Lower Than Tek 17. This Is Also An Improvement Of The Current Practice Connected To The Building ́S Energy Need. The Project Has, Therefore, Set Requirements For Both Energy And Materials That Lead To A Reduced Climate And Environmental Impact. It Is Also A Requirement That A Competition In These Areas Will Not Lead To Significantly Lower Environmental Impact. In Addition, Mop Has Requirements For Each Topic, Which Further Reduces The Climate And Environmental Impact Of The Project. In Sum, These Requirements Will Give A Better Reduction Of Climate And Environmental Impact, Than The Award Criteria. Jevnaker Municipality ́S Assessment Is Therefore That In Order To Reduce The Climate And Environmental Impact Of This Procurement, The Exception Provision Is Used In The Ppr § 7-9 (4), As It Is Clear That The Use Of Climate And Environmental Requirements Has A Better Climate And Environmental Effect Than The Use Of The Award Criteria As Described In Ppr § 7-9 (2).
