The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Construction Work Of The Existing House With Nursing Services. The Apartment Building Was Built As Two -Storey With Flats On The Floor Accessible From The Gallery. 7 Housing Units Were Placed In The Building. The Following Construction Work Will Be Made To Change The Use: A New Housing Unit No. 8 From The Existing Premises For The Carer Will Be Built On The 1St Floor. In The Hygiene Rooms, Sdk Walls Will Be Made For The Location Of Installation Hanging Modules For Hanging Toilets. In The Building Will Be Fitted With New Plastic Windows And Entrance Doors With Isolation Triple Glazing. The New Interior Doors Will Be Wooden. More Information Is Given In The Project Documentation. If The Contracting Authority Refers To Certain Suppliers Or Products, Or Patents For Inventions, Utility Patterns, Industrial Patterns, Trademarks Or Designations Of Origin, The Contracting Authority Also Admits The Use Of Other, Qualitatively And Technically Equivalent Solutions. The Selected Supplier Will Be Obliged To Respect The Fact That The Project Is Designed From The State Environmental Fund (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Sef”), The New Green Savings Program, Apartment Buildings 2023+ And Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Contracting Authority Primarily In The Promotion Of The Project And Processing The Documents Necessary For The Administration Of The Project Under The Conditions Of The Subsidy Provider.
