1. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Are Partial Repairs Of The Bituminous Surfaces Of Poviat Roads With Asphalt Emulsion And Grits In The Milicki Poviat In 2025 In An Estimated Amount Of Up To 1000 Mg (Tons), In Places Indicated By The Contracting Authority. The Work Of The Work Includes: Renovation Partial Bituminous Surfaces Of Poviat Roads With Emulsion I Grits Using Min. 2 Patcher Reprinters, In Places Indicated By The Employer, A List Of Roads For Renovation Will Be Attached To The Reporting Of The Construction Site. To Renovate The Bituminous Surfaces With Emulsion And Grits, Use Asphalt Emulsion Quickly Breakdown Class C 65 Bp3 Pu/Rc As Well As Basalt Grits Rinsed With 2-5 Mm Fraction And 2-8 Mm (2-8 Fractions Should Be Used At Larger Depths Of The Selection). The Modified Asphalt Emulsion Must Have A Current Declaration Of Utility Properties With An Allowance For Use On Roads And Correspond To The Requirements Of The Pn En 13808 Standard. Bazal Rinsed Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn En 13043 Standard And Have A Current Disability Of Functional Properties. This Renovation Of The Bituminous Surfaces Should Be Made By Car- A Patcher Remoner Adapted To Clean The Repaired Place And Build Stone Grits With Asphalt Emulsion Under Pressure. Before Starting The Task, The Patcher Repair Will Be Weighed On The Basis Of The Ordering Party To Determine The Net Weight Of The Vehicle.2) The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Detailed Technical Specification (Sst) Constituting Annex 1 To This Swz.3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Renovation Each Time During Time Not Longer Than 3 Days From The Contracting Authority, Based On Demand Transferred By Phone Or In Writing, By Fax, By E -Mail. If The Contractor Does Not Start Renovations At The Above Time, The Contracting Authority Will Charge Contractual Penalties, And May Even Withdraw From The Contract For Reasons Depending On The Contractor, With The Consequence Of Calculating Penalties For Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Depending On The Contractor. 4) Renovation Works Should Be Carried Out Successively In A Continuous System, And Each Time They Are Interrupted For Reasons Not On The Contracting Party For A Period Above 3 (Three) Days Will Result In A Contractual Penalty Or Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Depending On The Contractor. 5) The Contractor Is Required To Have A Minimum Of 2 Patcher Traffic Reprinters For The Implementation Of This Order. Failure To Have The Right Amount Of Equipment Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer. 6) Each Car Before Going To Renovation Works And After Returning It Must Be Weighed To Verify The Amount Of Materials Intended For Built -In. The Emulsion-Asphalt Mixture Provided For In These Proceedings. The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Amount Of Emulsion-Asphalt Mixture Actually Used. If A Smaller Amount Of Emulsion-Asphalt Mixture Is Used
