The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Works Related To The Development Of The Area Along With The Armament And Construction Of An Underground Connector For Further Reconstruction Of The Hospital Building As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Modernization, Expansion And Retrofitting Of The 109 Military Hospital With The Clinic Sp Zoz - Stage I. The Order Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In The Design Documentation Being Annex 1 To Swz, And In The Additional Information Indicated In Annex 2. The Contractor Should Take Into Account All Expenditure Necessary To Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Also Resulting From A Local Vision. Conditions Of Execution And Acceptance 1. Required Warranty Period And Guarantees For Completed Construction Works Not Less Than 60 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance And Transfer Protocol. 2. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Which Is Annex 1 To Swz, Taking Into Account The Additional Information Indicated In Annex 2, Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Applicable Regulations, Standards And Technical Conditions As Well As The Principles Of Building Art And Other Arrangements With The Investor Made In The Form Written. 3. Construction And Installation Works Should Be Carried Out Based On Bim.4. Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Relation To The Bim Documentation Of The Contractor: A) The Ordering Party Requires That Part Of The As -Built Documentation Be Bim Models Developed By The Contractor. B) As -Built Documentation In The Form Of Drawings, Descriptions And Other Documents Must Be Completely In Line With Bim Models In Terms Of Information And Geometric Content . C) In Order To Ensure The Precision Of Modeling, The Employer Requires That The Contractor Be Cyclical Inventory During The Work. D) Inventory Should Minimally Include Accurate Measurements Of The Distribution Of The Elements Made And Their Full Photographic Documentation, And In The Preferred Scope, Inventory Should Be Carried Out Using Lidar Laser Scanning. The Contractor Will Describe In Bep Detailed Methods And Measurement Schedule In Lidar Technology And The Level Of Modeling Accuracy Based On The Cloud Of Points.
