Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction (Modernization) Of The Housing Resource Of The Piekary Śląskie Commune In Buildings Administered By The Housing Gospodarian Department In Piekary Śląskie, Consisting In Particular In The Execution Of Works Of General -Construction Water And Sewage And Electrical Installations, Depending On The Needs In Each Of The Apartments. The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Attachments To Swz:- Annex 4 Tj. Stwiorb,- Annex 6, I.E. Technical Documentation And Works Of Works. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor And Subcontractors, Based On An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 §1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465 As Amended) Of Persons Performing Activities Entering The So -Called Direct Costs. This Requirement Applies To Persons (Manual Workers) Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works Described In The Technical Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb, I.E. Replacement/Repair Of Floors, Repair And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, And Performing Installations Related To Installations. The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others Persons Managing Robots, Suppliers Of Materials, Transport Services And Natural Persons Conducting Business Activity, Incumbent Members Of The Management Or Supervisory Bodies Of The Contractor, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partner Company In Office Of Members Of Management Or Supervisory Bodies Of The Contractor, Partners Of A General Or Partner Company To The Extent That They Will Perform In Person Works For The Contracting Authority Or Contractor.
