Task Implemented Under The European Funds Program For Lesser Poland 2021-2027, Priority 8 European Funds For The Fair Transformation Of Western Lesser Poland, Measure 8.13 Development Of Degraded Areas And Facilities. Type Of Project B. Co-Financing Of Planning Activities And Planning Documentation Regarding The Development Of Areas And Post-Industrial Or Post-Industrial Facilities. 2. Design Documentation Should Be Developed Based On The Attached Concept, Guidelines Constituting Annex 9 To Swz And Agreement With Mediacers, 9) Developing Technical Specifications For The Performance And Receipt Of Construction Works (5 Copies) 10) Approved Project Of Periodic Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Works (5 Copies), 11) Approved Project Of The Target Traffic Organization (5 Copies), 12) Development Of An Investors Cost Estimate (5 Copies), 13) Developing A Bill Of Quantities (5 Copies), 14) 3D Visualization For The Approved Project (5 Copies). 3. The Contractor, When Developing Project Documentation, Undertakes: 1) Apply Optimal Construction, Material And Cost Solutions In Order To Obtain Modern And Appropriate Standards For This Type Of Investment Task, Which Is To Be Based On It, 2) Incur All Fees For Obtained Under Implementation Of Project Documentation Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions, 3) Presenting The Ordering Party Information On The State Of Advancement Of Design Work, Within 24 Hours Calculated From The Moment Of Receipt Of The Call, 4) Participating In All Meetings At The Request Of The Ordering Party Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, 5) Sending By E -Mail To Each Day Of The Last Day Of The Month Of The Month The Report On The Progress Of Project Work. The Report Sent Every Month Should Be Attached To Scans Of Speeches Made Per Month To The
