The Subject Of The Contract Is- Delivery:- 30 M3 Of Diesel For The Own Needs Of The Commune Office In Przewóz, Successively From Signing The Contract To 29.02.2026.4.2. The Order Of The Contract Should Meet The Quality Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 In Matter Of Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680, As Amended) And The Requirements Specified In Standards Pn-En 590+A1: 2017-06. The Offer Should Be Included In The Results Of Testing Of The Offered Diesel Oil Performed By The Independent Laboratory Accredited By The Polish Accreditation Center Authorized To Conduct Oil Tests. Research Results Must Confirm That The Diesel Offered Meets The Minimum Conditions Specified Above. The Performed Oil Should Contain The Amount Of Bio Components Not More Than Specified In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Biocomponents And Liquid Biofuels (Journal Of Laws. Implementation: 1. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order With An Estimated Total Amount Of 30 M3 Of Diesel. 2. The One -Time Delivery Will Be About 2 M3 Of Diesel. 3. Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract Carried Out Entirely By The Contractor - Without The Participation Of The Ordering Party. All Contractors Transport Means Should Be Equipped With A Legalized Measuring Device Specifying The Amount Of Diesel In Liters And Meeting The Technical Conditions For Liquid Fuel Transport, Specified In The Relevant Legal Provisions. 4. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Within 48 Hours From The Time Of Telephone, Fax Or Written Demand. Due To The Strategic Nature Of The Order, The Delivery Delay Not Preceded By Relevant Arrangements Of The Parties Will Absolutely Result In The Calculation Of Contractual Penalties Specified In The Draft Contract, And In The Case Of Repeated Deficiencies, Also A Termination Of The Contract Due To The Contractors Fault. The Above Requirement Will Be Treated By The Contracting Authority Rigorously.
