The Subject Of The Contract Is: A Factory Delivery Of A New Mobile (Outdoor) Scene In The Form Of A Trailer On Wheels For The Municipal Culture Center In Bielsko-Biała-As Described By The Subject Of The Contract-Annex 5. In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Buy And Provide A Brand New Outdoor Mobile Scene With Technical Parameters Described In Swz And Attachments To It. The Contractor Will Provide Transport Of The Subject Of The Contract And Delivery To The Indicated Address At Ul. Górska 125 In Bielsko-Biała. The Delivery Will Be Agreed With The Employer, It Will Take Place During The Work Of The Employer. The Contractor Will Provide The Necessary Documents Together With The Subject Of The Contract: Product Cards, Certificates, Declaration Of Conformity, Each Of The Delivered Equipment, Warranty Cards, Etc. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Must: 1) Have A Certificate Confirming The Possession Of The Ce Mark (Applies Only To The Products For Which Having Certificates Is Required By Law), Warranty Documents In Polish; 2) Meet The Requirements Specified In Applicable Law, The Materials Used For Its Implementation Have Been Allowed For Its Use, They Meet, Among Others, Specific Standards And Parameters; 3) Be Allowed To Trade And Use In The European Union.4) Be Delivered With Full Documentation Necessary To Register The Vehicle By The Ordering Party.
