1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Publication Services For The Needs Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Two Parts: Part 1 Consists In Providing Services Consisting In A Textual Development, Graphic Composition Of Information And Promotional Materials, Sponsored Materials, Banners Of The Contracting Authority And Their Publication In The Media Of A Regional And National Nature With The Media Together With The Transfer Of A Report From Publication No. 2 It Consists Of Successive Placement In A Printed, Paid, Daily Press With A Regional Range Covering The Pomeranian Voivodeship Of Black And White And Colorful Advertisements. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1.1 And Annex 1.2 To Swz And In The Contract Templates, Which Constitute Annex 2.1 To Swz And Annex 2.2 To Swz.4. Employment Requirements By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party Regarding The Implementation Of This Order: 1) Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26 June 1974, The Labor Code, Persons Performing Administrative And Office Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Contract. 2) If The Activities Indicated In Point 1) Meeting The Conditions Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, The Contractor Will Perform Independently (As The Owner/Co -Owner) The Employer Will Consider This To Be Fulfilled By The Employment Condition Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Related To The Performance Of The Contract. 3) The Contractor Will Declare In The Contract That The Person Or Persons Performing The Abovementioned Activities In The Scope Of The Implementation Of This Order Are Or Will Be Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26 June 1974, The Labor Code. 4) The Purchaser Will Be Entitled To Control In The Scope Of Compliance By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Requirements Related To The Employment Of A Person/Persons Who Will Be Entrusted With The Implementation Of The Indicated Activities. At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Within The Time Limit Indicated By The Employer Not Less Than 5 Business Days, The Contractor Undertakes To Submit:- Statement Of The Employed Employee And/Or A Statement Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor About The Employment Of The Employee Under An Employment Contract And/Or Or Or Confirmed For Compliance With The Original Copies Of The Employment Contract, Including Information, Including Personal Data, Necessary To Verify Employment Under An Employment Contract, In Particular, The Name Of The Employed Employee, The Date Of The Employment Contract, The Type Of Employment Contract And The Scope Of The Employees Dutie
