1. The Contractor Undertakes To Develop A Draft General Plan Of The Żmudź Commune (Along With Conducting The Entire Planning Procedure), Later Called The Plan. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Urban Knowledge And Applicable Law, Including In Particular: 1) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023 Item A Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Excerpts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), 3) By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And His Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1094, As Amended D.), 4) In Accordance With The Provisions Of Resolution No. Xii/85/2025 Of The Żmudź Commune Council Of February 14, 2025 On Joining The General Plan Of The Żmudź Commune, 5) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Contract And Current Court Case Law Regarding Spatial Development, 6) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Having A Reference To The Subject Orders, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, And Roads. 3. As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Following: Making A Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 977, As Amended), And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13 G, 13 And 13 J, 13 K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023 As Well As Executive Provisions To This Act, Including: A) Preparation Substantive Formal And Legal Documents (Required By Law, Notifications, Announcements And Announcements: About The Accession To The Development Of The Plan, About The Accession To Social Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Messages Regarding The Development Of A Draft Plan, Statements Of Opinions And Arrangements, And To Cooperate In Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works; Urban And Architectural Commission, According To The Distribution Indicated By The Contractor; C) Introduction Of Any Changes Resulting From Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Necessary Extent, If Necessary, If Necessary, Preparing The Content Of Complaints Against The Provisions; D) Posting Relevant Advertisements And Incurring The Costs Of Press Publications; E) Physical Participation In: Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops , Outdoor Meetings, Studio Walks, Designer Duty, Interviews, Preparation Surveys And Geoaniet, Collecting Comments, Running A Consultation Point (Way, Place And Date Set To The Employer) Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Plan Of The Plan As Part Of Co
