4.3. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Developing A Draft General Plan Of The High Commune. 4.4. The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular: Development Of A General Plan Based On The Resolution Of The Commune Council High No. Vi/43/2024 Of November 15, 2024. On The Commencing Of The General Plans Of The High Commune, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Pizp Act, And In Particular Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13G, 13H, 13I, 13J, 13K, 13M, As Well As Executive Provisions To This Act, Including: 1) Analyzing The Starting Material Covering In Particular The Applicable Spatial Planning Acts, Applications For Preparation Of A Change In Spatial Planning Acts, Existing Conditions (Including Environmental, Geological, Cultural Heritage Etc.); 2) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Required By Law, Notifications, Announcements And Announcements About The Accession To The Development Of The Plan, About The Accession To Public Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Messages Regarding The Development Of A Draft Plan, Statements Of Opinions And Arrangements And Cooperation In Conducting The Procedure And Documentation Of Planning Works In The Form Electronic; 3) Preparation Of Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain The Required Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban And Architectural Commission According To The Distribution Indicated By The Contractor; 4) Introducing Any Changes Arising From Arrangements, Repetition Of The Procedure To The Necessary Extent, If Necessary, In If It Is Necessary To Prepare The Content Of Complaints On The Provisions; 5) Physical Participation In Open Meetings, Expert Panels Or Workshops, Outdoor Meetings, Studio Walks, Designer Duty, Interviews, Preparing Surveys And Geoankieta, Collecting Comments, Conducting A Consultation Point (Method, Place And Date Set With The Employer) Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Plan Of The Plan As Part Of Conducted Public Consultations, Including Providing Explanations To Interested Persons (Written Or Oral); 6) Preparation In Agreement With The Contracting Authorities Of Documents, Letters, Surveys, Geoanket, Advertisements, Notifications And Others In The Procedure For Preparing The Plan Specified In Art. 13I Paragraph 3 Of The Above -Mentioned Pizp Act. In This In Social Consultations Referred To In Art. 8I, 8J And 8K Of The Act; 7) Presentation Of The Draft Plan And Participation In Public Consultations On The Solutions Adopted In The Project (Physical Participation) During Meetings Of The Municipal Urban And Architectural Commission (Physical Participation) And Participation In Meetings Sessions - Physical Participation); 8) Preparing The Justification Of The Plan In Accordance With Article 13H Of The Act
