Partial documents will not be accepted. 2. Tender envelopes must be sealed and stamped. 3. The Financial/Quotation and Technical documents should be submitted in separate envelopes. 4. Company profile with a verifiable contact address. 5. Most recent bank statements (showing the last 6 months of transactions and current balance). 6. Quotation Price should be in a separate envelope. 7. Valid registration certificate (Commercial license) Federal and state level. 8. Copy of passport for the companys chairperson. 9. All documents must be written in English. Note: The service must be delivered within 13 weeks of March 2025. The company should have sufficient stock to meet this timeline.
