The Delegate Must Carry Out The Following Missions (Detailed In The Draft Contract): The Exploitation Of The Natural Gas Distribution Network Present In The Territory Of The Aforementioned Municipalities And Whose Perimeter Is Specified In Appendices 13 And 14 To The Draft Contract; Existing Likely To Contribute To The Realization Of The Preventive And Curative Service Of The Infrastructure, Maintenance; Operation, Monitoring, Taking Any Useful Provision In Order To Dose The Safety Of People And Goods; The Renewal Of Networks And Works (Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic Equipment, Meters, Connections, Etc.); Possible Extension Of The Networks; The Connection Of All Users For Which The Threshold Profitability Of The Service Of Service, As Provided For In The Agreement, Will Be Reached; The Management Of Relations With The Users Of The Service; Invoicing And Recovery Of The Whole Fees, Rights And Taxes; Continuously Locking For Users Of A Quality Gas In Accordance With The Regulations In Force; The Keeping Of The Technical And Accounting Inventories Of Fixed Assets; The Design And Implementation Of The Actions Dinformation Of Customers And Promotion Of The Service; The Reset To The Conceding Of An Annual Account Of Detailed Dactivity With A Conceding; The Supply, At The Fde 62, Advice, Opinions And Warned On All Questions Concerning The Smooth Running Of Lexploitation And Its Overall Quality. The Concessionaire Will Operate The Service At His Own Risk And His Remuneration Will Be Ensured By The Results Of Lexploitation Of The Service Entrusted To Him. Payment Of The Right To Dentry Of An Amount Of 8.5 Million Deuros Is Charged To The Delegate.
