As Far As Contracted, The Winning Bidders Must Be Able To Assist By & Havn In All Areas Of The Contract, Including Advice On: I) Organization, Execution And Submission Of Construction Projects Regarding Construction, Construction And Renovation Of Buildings And Facilities On Land And Port Areas, Ii) Preparation Of Construction Contracts And Advisory Contracts According To Ab18, Abr18 And International Standards, Including Fidic, Iii) Authority, Iv) Sustainable And Co2-Reducing Considerations In Respectively. Contracting And Advisory Contracts And V) Conflict Resolution, Including Vision And Estimates, As Well As Cases At The Arbitration Board And The Courts. As Far As Tendering Law Is Concerned, The Winning Bidders Must Be Able To Assist By & Havn In All Areas Of The Procurement, Including Advice On: I) Organization And Preparation Of Tendering Strategy, Tender Material And Implementation Of Tendering, Tendering, Etc. Subject To The Rules In Force At Any Time. The Tendering Act, The Offering Act, The Supply Business Directive And The Concession Directive, Ii) Sustainable And Co2-Reducing Considerations In Tendering Processes, Iii) Tailored Construction/Leases And The Delegated Builder Model, Iv) Mixed Contracts Relating To Services Covered By Respectively. The Tendering Act And The Supply Business Directive, As Well As Mixed Contracts That Include Respectively. Tenderable And Non-Tender Benefits, And V) Cases For The Board Of Appeal For The Tender And The Courts. Both The Contracting And The Procurement Law And Assistance Can Relate To All Parts Of The City & Harbors Current And Future Activities. By & Harbors Current And Future Subsidiaries And Associates Must Have The Opportunity To Draw On The Framework Agreement On The Same Terms As By & Havn Throughout The Term Of The Framework Agreement, Including During The Option Period. The Framework Agreement Has An Estimated Value Of Dkk 25 Million. Excl. Vat And A Maximum Value Of Dkk 30 Million. Excl. Vat In The Total Maturity Of The Framework Agreement, Incl. Options On Extension. By & Havn Has The Right To Expand The Financial Framework Of The Framework Agreement By 20 %If The City & Harbor Halfway Into The Maximum Maturity Of The Framework Agreement, Incl. Utilization Of Options, Ie After 2 Years, Consumed More Than 60 % Of The Financial Framework. The Framework Agreement Is Not Exclusive.
