Long -Term Loan In The Amount Of Pln 6,150,000.00 (Six Million One Hundred And Fifty Zlotys) For: 1) Repayment Of Previously Incurred Liabilities Due To The Issue Of Securities And Loans In The Amount Of Pln 1,370,758.00, 2) Financing Of The Planned Deficit In The Amount Of Pln 4,779,242.00. 2. Loan Period Until December 31, 20133. 3. Loan Granted In Pln. 4. The Contractor Will Open A Credit Account At The Latest On The Day Of The Contract And Will Keep It Free Of Charge During The Implementation Of This Loan Agreement. 5. The Contractor Will Launch All Tranches Of The Loan In Accordance With The Contracting Authoritys Instructions Without Charging The Commission On The Unused Part Of The Loan. 6. The Contractor Will Launch A Loan Funds In Accordance With The Contracting Authoritys Dispositions Without Submitting A Separate Loan Application Subject To Consideration. 7. The Amount Of The Loan Used Will Be Interestable On An Annual Basis According To The Variable Interest Rate.
