The Activities Subject To The Award For The Period Of Execution Of The Contract Are As Follows: Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Investment Projects Must Be Prepared By Competent Designers. The Design Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract, The Technical Specification, The Technical Assignment For The Design, The Spa, Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, Ordinance No. 2/21.04.2011. For The Health Requirements For Cemetery Parks, As Well As All Applicable Technical Standards, Norms And Provisions Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation, Including The Specific Requirements In The Field Of Environmental Protection And Water. Following The Submission Of The Contractor And Receiving Approval By The Contracting Authority Of The Conceptual Concept For The Implementation Of The Site, The Contractor Begins Design In The Technical Phase In Compliance With All The Requirements And Instructions Received By The Contracting Authority And Competent Authorities And Operating Companies. Given The Expansion Of The Cemetery Park, Design Should Be Carried Out. At This Stage Of The Design It Is Envisaged To Develop Design Parts: Geodesy; Engineering-Geological And Hydrogeological Studies; Optional Solutions By Parts: Vertical Layout; Parking And Public Works; Constructive; You K; Landscaping; Electric Road At The Discretion Of The Contractor May Be Added Other Parts Of The Investment Projects Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And For The Issuance Of The Relevant Building Permits. Each Part Of The Investment Projects Must Be Agreed With The Rest Of The Project. The Technical Investment Projects Should Clarify The Specific Design Solutions In A Degree, Providing An Opportunity For The Complete Implementation Of All Types Of Construction Works For The Respective Site, As Well As Giving Project Solutions That Ensure Compliance With The Spa, The Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria, The Design Of The Design Regulations. And The Requirements Of This Technical Specification. Each Investment Project Must Be Presented In 5 (Five) Original Copies Of Paper And 1 (One) Electronic Cd Medium In Format: Graphic Part - Dwg And Pdf, Text Part - Word And Pdf. The Content Of The Electronic Media Must Be Identical To The Paper Bearer. The Investment Project Shall Be Submitted To The Contracting Authority With The Acceptance And Delivery Protocol, Which Reflects The Availability Of The Submitted Project And Its Compliance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. Activity 2 - Exercise The Copyright Contractor, Will Exercise The Copyright Supervision During The Construction, In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentations And The Applicable Regulations Through The Designers On The Individual Parts Of The Project Or Their Authorized Persons, Provided That The Authorized Persons Have A Qualification Corresponding To The Set In The Procedure Minimum Requirements.
