The System Has Been Implemented As A Premise Solution In Isteks Data Center. The System Is Used To Use The Data Protection Officer. This Acquisition Is Subject To The Supply Of The Software Application In The System (Including Licenses), As Well As Support And Maintenance Services And Other Expert Services (Including Deployment Support And Further Development Services) To Support The Service Provided By The Subscriber For Its Owner Clients. In Addition, The Subject Of The Acquisition Includes The Service Production Of The Existing Environment From The Current Supplier To A New Supplier. The Subject Of The Acquisition And The Requirements Of It Are Described In Detail In This Invitation To Tender And In Its Annexes. The Purpose Of The Acquisition Is To Enable The Use Of Significant Investments Already Made And To Continue And Extend The Use Of The Existing Environment. Extending Refers To The Introduction Of The Service For New Owner-Customers, Expanding The Use To New Uses, And The Introduction Of New Features And Products To Meet The Needs. The Aim Is To Find A Contract Partner With Solid Expertise In The Systems Product Family And Smooth Collaboration Towards The System Manufacturer. The Journalist Is Expected To Support Istek In The Development Of Its Own Expert System Expertise. The Subscriber Selects One (1) Supplier With Whom It Concludes The Contract.
