Where the value of the procurement exceeds E500, 000 the Request for Proposals document for Procurement of Consultancy Services should be used. a. Issue of invitation to tender letter 14 February 2025 b. Pre-proposal meeting 21 February 2025 c. Proposal closing date 14 March 2025 d. Evaluation process (Within 2 working days(19 March 2025) from proposal closing date for technical evaluation and 4 working days (26 March 2025) from opening of technical proposals for financial evaluation) e. Display and communication of best evaluated Consultant(s) notice (Within 5 working days from Entity Tender Board/Relevant approval of evaluation report) f.
