Quotation are invited for Provide Legal Services for NRC Offices Located in Jerusalem, West Bank and Gaza Requirements: All Bids must include all customs and taxes payable in the country of delivery unless the RFQ specifically requests differently Bids must be submitted in the currency indicated in the RFQ. Bids in other currency might not be accepted Bids must be valid for the validity period indicated in the RFQ. Bids not meeting this validity period might be disqualified All enquires and questions should be addressed to the email given in the RFQ details section. All questions and answers will be shared with all invited suppliers. NRC reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of your quotation based on the information provided. Incomplete quotations which do not comply with our conditions will not be considered. It is NRC requirement that all consultants, ltd or sole-trade, must be registered in accordance with the legal requirements at their base. The consultant must be able to submit documentation that proves that they are meeting all legal and tax obligation for the consultancy. If this is not possible, the consultant (sole trader) confirms by signing the Consultant declaration (Mandatory) that he/she complied with self-employment regulation in his/her country of origin. Your quotation should clearly indicate/ Include the following: Financial proposal quoted in New Israeli shekels, in the form of a lump sum and unit costs covering group of services #1 and #2, detailed in annex No. 1 TOR. Currency of offer: New Israeli shekels Copy of company registration. Copy of Tax Registration. Certificate from the Bar Association that proves the membership of these associations (for all areas you are applying for). Copies of Company Director(s), Lawyer ID. Ethical Declaration attached to this document- Signed and stamped. Validity of the offer: 90 days Consultant Qualification. University degree in Law. Certificate from the Israeli Bar Association. At least 5 years of practical experience of providing retainer and legal services (preferably for INGOs). Preferable legal specialization in Labour Law.
