Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Regional Director of Health Services, Jaffna Contact No. (021 2222278/4557), during office hours and inspect the Bidding Documents at the same address on any working days from 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. except 12.30 to 13.30 hours. D. A complete set of English Bid documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of "Application for Bid Documents" available in this office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as specified in the table by cash on working days from 20.02.2025 to 04.03.2025 between 09.00 Hours and 15.00 Hours. E. Bids must be delivered to Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Regional Director of Health Services, Health Village, Pannai, Jaffna at or before 10.00 a.m. on 05.03.2025 to the address given below in the tender box available at the Room of Procurement Management (PM). Bids will be opened immediately after the closing of bids in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. F. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the last date fixed for receiving of Bids or any extended period and Bids Security shall be valid for 118 days from the bid opening. G.
