1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation In The Formula Design And Build The Investment Task Entitled Construction And Conservation Works At The Monument Of The Biographical Museum Of Władysław Orkan Orkanówka In The Town Of Poręba Wielka. The Planned Investment Assumes A Change In The Museum Function Of The Object. A Comprehensive Conservation Renovation Of Internal Finishing Elements Is Assumed, Comprehensive Modernization Of Internal Installations. Renovation Does Not Assume Changes In The System Of The Basic Rooms Of The Object Except For Changing The Function Of Part Of The Ground Floor Rooms From The West And Floor Rooms In The Roof Slants. Due To The Comprehensive Renovation And Modernization Of The Installation, The Function Of The Basement And Attic Will Also Change. Changes In The Functional System Consist In: A) Giving Up The Secondary Separation Of The Central Staircase On The First Floor By Demolishing The Partition Wall, B) In The Social And Economic Room Of The Ground Floor From The West, It Is Expected To Make A New Staircase Leading Directly To The Conference Room On The First Floor, C ) It Is Expected To Dismantle The Stairs To The Floor, Next To The Vestibule From The Side Western And In The Obtained Room Of The Ground Floor, A Toilet Adapted For The Disabled Is Expected To Be Made, And On The First Floor The Room Facing The Conference Room Use As Utility And Technical Rooms In Accordance With The Final Documentation. The Designer And Executive Work Was Indicated In Detail In The Pre -City And Offer Cost Estimate Constituting Annex 10 To Swz. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Read Annex 10 To Swz. The Task Is Co -Financed From The Government Program For The Rebuilding Of Monuments, Therefore The Contractor Undertakes To Apply The Guidelines Issued Under The Program. The Order Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In The Documentation Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.
