The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of The General Plan Of The Skierbieszów Commune Together With Other Necessary Documents, In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Urban Knowledge Applicable By Law, Including In Particular: 1) By The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Planning And Spatial Development (I.E. .U. 2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758); 3) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of May 2, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Area Of ​​Complement To The Building In The General Plan Of The Commune (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 729); 4) The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended); 5) By Resolution No. Lii/375/2024 Of The Skierbieszów Commune Council Of 22 March 2024 On Joining The General Plan Of The Skierbieszów Commune; 6) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To The Subject Of The Order, Among Others Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads; 7) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Employer During The Performance Of The Contract And The Current Court Case Law Regarding Spatial Development. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract Together With The Attachments Made Available On The Party Of The Proceedings.
