Tenders are invited for Official Residence for the EU Ambassador. The Delegation, is looking for a property, located in Tel Aviv or Herzliya Pituah to serve as official Residence for the EU Ambassador. The preferred main characteristics of the property are specified below: Location Tel Aviv, Herzliya Pituah Size interior usable surface[1] of max. 600m² (excluding exterior surfaces (balconies, terraces, etc.), underground areas without natural light, technical rooms, guard houses and garages) Providing for: representational activities area (for at least 20 guests for seated dinner events and 100 guests for standing events) and private use area (minimum 4 bedrooms (ideally 5), family room, access to kitchen) Available for occupation by 1 September 2025 In-house bomb shelter and generator We accept candidatures for lease and/or purchase. In the case of a lease, the contract should be for a minimum period of 4 years, renewable for the same period.
