Responsibilities And Main Duties: Deliver interactive training sessions on disability inclusion, workplace accessibility, and inclusive education for different stakeholders, including universities, TVET schools, companies, and NGOs. Develop and customize training materials (presentations, manuals, case studies, and exercises) based on audience needs. Engage with participants through role-playing, group activities, and discussions to enhance understanding. Provide practical strategies and tools to help organizations implement inclusive practices. Assess participants progress through quizzes, discussions, and feedback surveys. Collaborate with program coordinators and partners to organize and schedule training workshops. Monitor and analyze training impact, collecting feedback to improve training content and methodology. Stay updated on best practices and international standards for disability inclusion and accessibility. Prepare comprehensive reports outlining the content and progress of training sessions for approval and documentation purposes.
