4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System In The Łopiennik Górny Commune (3Rd Stage). 4.2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure Within The Basin: P8-P9. Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network To The Extent In Accordance With The Developed Construction And Technical Projects Includes: A) Geodetic Service, B) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System, C) Construction Of Sewage Pumping Stumping Facilities With Enn Supply, D) Removing Collisions Of Designed Objects With Existing Infrastructure, E) Earthworks And Drainage Works, F) Delivery And Assembly Materials And Devices Necessary To Make A Sanitary Sewage System, G) Delivery And Installation Of Sewage Pipelines And Sewage Wells, H) Delivery And Installation Of Complete Sewage Pumping Stations With Equipment As Well As Automation And Control, I) Implementation Of The Power Supply Installation Delivery And Assembly Of Technological Equipment, K) Delivery Of The Visualization System, Automation And Control Of Sewage Pumping Station Facilities, L) Finishing Works And Land Development, M) All Other Works Necessary To Carry Out The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Construction Design. The Contractor Will Train The Personnel Of The Contracting Authority In The Field Of Service, Operation And Ohs Facilities Being The Subject Of The Contract. Required Trials And Start -Up And Operation Tests And Will Prepare Documents Related To Commissioning Built Objects For Use. The Contractor Will Provide A Set Of Equipment, Markings, Instructions Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Objects Made. 4.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation (Note: The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network Together With The Necessary Infrastructure Accompanying Within The Boundaries Of The P8-P9 Catchment), 2) Specifications Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3). The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Flat -Rate Nature, The Contractor Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Design Documentation And Stwiorb. The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary. The Occurrence During The Implementation Of The Contract Not Included In The Prejudice Or Works In A Larger Amount In Relation To The Pre -City Adopted In The Pre -City Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Project Documentation And Stwiors. 4.4.
