Talking Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Scope Of Design And Construction Of A Bicycle Path Attached To The Swz Program, The Task Includes: • Execution Of Architectural And Construction Concepts, • Reconciliation Of Technical Conditions With The Głuchów Commune, • The Inventory Of The Existing Condition Affecting The Design And Implementation Of The Facility , Including Inventory Of Entry And Trips, Lighting Area And Existing Underground Technical Infrastructure, As Well As Fences And Other Facilities Located In The Immediate Vicinity, • Execution Of All Projects And Arrangements Necessary For The Implementation Of The Technical Design And Submitting A Notification Of Construction Works (Including Environmental Decision, Water Law Consent For The Construction Or Reconstruction Of Water Equipment), • Implementation Of The Target Traffic Organization And Temporary Traffic Organization On The Time Of Work Together With The Necessary Opinions And Approvals. The Contracting Authority Of The Technical Design And On The Basis Of A Final Application Of Construction Works Or A Building Permit If Necessary, • Ensuring Supervision Original Over The Designed And Implemented Object In Accordance With The Act Of 07.07.1994 Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, With Changes), • Development Of Information On Safety And Health Protection, Environmental Protection, Protection Fire -Fighting And Other Threats If Such A Study Is Required On The Basis Of Separate Provisions. • Preparation, Organization, Protection And Cleaning, After Completing Investments, Construction Facilities, • Agreeing With The Investor And Obtaining All Permits, Arrangements And Approvals Necessary For The Implementation Of Works, • Preparation And Transfer Of The Awarding Party As -Built Geodetic Inventory, • Preparation Of The Statement Of Assets Created As A Result Of The Investment And The List Of Fixed Assets Resulting From The Reconstruction Of The Detailed Facility Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu), Constituting Annex 10A To Swzuwa: In The Functional And Utility Program Attached To The Specification Regarding The Construction Of The Bicycle Path, The Deadlines For The Implementation Of The Task, Including Individual Phases, Were Specified.
