Database Management Service Informix (Exp. 2024/109-Gec).The Object Of The Contract Is To Contract A 24X7 Support Service Aimed At Guaranteeing The Proper Operation, Availability And Consistency Of The Database Information Installed At The Base-Base Data Processing Center. The Hiring Of This Support Service Includes Both Corrective, Preventive And Evolutionary Maintenance; In Accordance With The Characteristics Specified In The Technical Prescription Plets (Ppt) .The Contracting Support Service Must Respond To The Following Needs: • Ensure The Availability And Performance Of The Database Management System Informix • Manage The Basic Operation Of The Different Basic Database Environments (Including Development, Pre -Production, Production And Production Environments): - Management Of The Databases - Stop / Stop Of Service Of Database - Management And Control Of The Storage Layer (Space, Level Of Growth, Behavior, Etc.) • Have Information On Updates, Certifications And Versions Support • Manage The Patches Of System And Software. Support That Serves As A Basis For The Planning And Management Of These Activities.
